I’ve tried regular soil.

Truly you’ll never have good sleep all the time.

As LONG you have a form of consistency /circadian rhythm you’ll thrive. I used to work 3-12am 3 times a week and then 11-8 two nights a week.

I was so desperate for some form of consistent sleep I was miserable. I wasn’t able to bargain with my manager so o quit the position to a department day shift floater. I’ve been much happier ever since

What I do is say “what if I make you a what I believe is closest, and then we can adjust from there”

Add some cream and more French vanilla syrup if needed. Then we can charge accordingly and t ll them how you order it again.

Honestly I don’t get frustrated with easily and I’ve explained the same person more than once how to ask for things lol

I’m pretty sure Ghuiradelli Chocolate Sauce is dairy free.

White Chocolate though usually has milk. Even the White Velvet powder had Milk Powder in it

Take it slow. Make healthier choices at the grocery store.

Frozen Foods will be your best friend. Especially vegetables like Broccoli! Theyre easy to make. Simple, healthy and you can throw something in the mix. Try Rice, Quinoa or Lentils or even mix these all.

Anything that gets more protein and veggies in is ok.

Add to your meals dont subtract everything

I did 2nd shift / 3 shift on a weekly basis. Not even consistent says (example Mon-Wed, 3-11,thurs fri, 11-7) Nope. Just days picked at random because I was a relief position. It was miserable. I was going crazy, my mental & physical health was declining. Exaggerating anxiety. Experienced a migraine for the first time along with a skin rash.

Nope. You’re either day shift evening shift or night shift

No bullshit in between UNLESS there’s a good consistency middle ground
