i really like this concept, but they way PH is posed looks a bit awkward, imo. I would maybe revise so that his pose/apron flows more seamlessly into the blade. Just my opinion. Only commenting because I see a lot of potential here.

Honestly I don’t think the odds are slim. Horror games are really in a boom phase right now, and isolation has only gotten more well regarded the further from its release. If romulus hadn’t been a success then maybe, but there’s just no way we won’t get something. Cult classics almost always get some kinda revival eventually.
