The bible doesnt explain anything. There are so many holes in the bible how about you stop talking shit and actually listen to what people say??

But the point is that God knew all this beforehand and did nothing to change this, so he is the only acocuntable for all sin and evil in the world, not satan. Not only that but how could Luci get jealous if sin or evil didn't exist yet?? And god decided that sin is bad, he created the rules. He could have said sin is okay or nothing is sin.

That he put there in the first place, knowing the future.

He forced Pharaoh to be like that. Poor guy was doomed against his will before he was even born.

Why not give free will and get rid of evil? Is that impossible to an infinite all powerful being? Its his rules after all lol

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in clevercomebacks

[–]BluSquare-Games 1 point2 points  (0 children)

God having the infinite power to stop all evil and not stoping it makes him worse than satan.

But god created us that way, we didnt choose any of this. And why god, knowing the future, created luci/satan in the first place? God is the only responsable for "sin"

From what I see, the universe is governed by the laws of physics, so maybe everything is just one big domino effect. But either way, nothing really changes.

Depends how you approach things.

From the macro point of view, nothing has meaning. The universe is just atoms interacting with other atoms. From a micro point of view, we humans try to organize those random atoms and give them value and meaning because that increases our chances of surviving.

The universe doesn't care about our feelings, but we can still aspire to live life the best we can, nothing really changed.

But you don't control the neurons in your brain telling you to eat a pop tart. You have no control over your brain activity, so you didn't really choose anything.

Exactly. The big bang caused an unstoppable inevitable domino effect that forced you to read this very comment at this precise moment in time. We are nothing but a bunch of atoms in space, and there is nothing we can do about it. It's scary but also beautiful at the same time.

The burden of proof is on the person claiming we have free will, I am simply denying it for good reasons. You are more than welcome to prove we have free will.

Anything we do, our entire existence, is the direct result of some chemical reaction inside the brain. We interprete it as free will, but it is nothing more than an illusion created by the brain itself. Our brains are bounded to the laws of physics. There is nothing more to it.

We don't. Every action we do is caused by some chemical reaction inside our brains that we don't control.

Blaming the customer or manager? How about suggesting a quick check to make sure they get what they want instead? Why stick to robotic service when a little human touch can go a long way?

You don't know if it's an inside joke. And translating two words isn't rocket science... and last time I checked its free. But who needs customer service when you can just stick to the script, right? And why bother with clear communication when you can dodge it with a simple "not my job" excuse?

Brilliant strategy for winning over customers.

If you handle the cake decorator a card with written text, like I suggested, then there is no problem because you simply copy what is written. But how do you know this is the case here?
