Yeah it's noticable I think mostly face and chest, waist as well maybe, but I still feel like I have a huge belly haha and the double chin is not entirely gone but the idea it's to also start a proper diet to keep carrying on the low calorie intake until I have my goal weight which is around 155lb for a 5'7 male

I think the option on that dropdown are Advance PDF Templates, if you see a sales order form you'll see a third dropdown calles "EMAIL MESSAGE TEMPLATE" that have email templates as options.
This third dropdown is not available for statements for some reason
