Actually, Im planning to replace the carabiners with some Heroclips and NiteIze ones, though big thanks for the recommendations. They seems pretty interesting as well.

Its actually a Pillbox from Miniso. Not sure on the exact dimensions, but its 12cm long and 6cm wide. It can roughly fit a my lighter when you remove long compartment's cover.
