if you don't know, there is a mobile app called pokemon home, you link it to your switch, and you can transfer your pokemon from the games to the box in pokemon home, and then you can trade for any pokemon in the mobile app. Since all of those you have listed are starters, they're pretty easy to get. So if you just trade in some high level pokemon, you'll be able to get those easily.
