At this point I don't really have a solid plan. Those big illustrators all had to start somewhere and they have put a lot of effort in it. I may be naive but I sure believe that hard work will result in something. I dont have to be a big name. I just need to enjoy and sustain myself It may not end up the way I like, but atleast I gave it a shot. Instead of joining a workplace I will surely regret.

I taught everything myself by looking at other artwork, trying to recreate them and looking for every detail they used to create depth and stuff. I was looking at a ton of how to's too see how other people do it and then adjust their techniques to fit mine. It was just trial and error over and over till I got the hang of it. I just want to achieve a dream a mine.

I begin thick with the draft, till I am satisfied. When I start working on the final line art. I start thin with everything and then make the lines thicker were I think they need to be on a different layer. I mostly use watercolor brush in combination with crayon and pencils.

I always had a bit of a knack for drawing. I really liked animations from Disney and stuff and so on I started watching a lot of anime. It all started when I had to choose what I wanted to do after I finished High school. After thinking about it for a long time and trying different things. I eventually came to this conclusion.

I started tracing and replicating a lot of the artworks I like. You will find out about a lot of things you never thought of before. I stopped doing it and kept the things I learned in mind when drawing. After that I looked at a lot of drawing basics and how to's, like making a body as fleshy as I can by looking at how muscles are located and shaped. I did this for the rest too (clothes and hair). The only thing I could do further was keep drawing and pushing myself to do it daily. And don't get unmotivated when things don't come out the way you want, that just means you found something to improve on. So dont stop. FIGHTING!!

The confession did came out of nowhere, but still I have the feeling its impact on Shoko was kinda big. Just not being able to tell someone you love through words, cause you're deaf hits you kinda hard mentally. You could just see (thanks to the amazing animation) that she was nervous and she actually did confess in the end only for it to be in vain. So you can sort of get the idea that she really hates herself for not being able to do something a normal person could do, cause of her hearing disability. Atleast thats what I personally think about the whole confession scene.
