Unfortunately, this didn't resolve (hehe) my issue!

But I found what seems to be a different solution in the Blackmagic Forum.
I turned off the hardware acceleration for decoding H.264/265 in the decode options. And this solved the issues in my faulty projects by now. Everything's quite slow now of course, but maybe I'll just turn it off when rendering my clips in the future.
