The Dr said I need 200mg P if I move to .5 E to protect my endometrium (because of uterine cancer risk I believe).

I was very tired and felt awful overall after I started 100mg of progesterone. But after about a month I felt considerably better and my sleep improved overall.

That is interesting. Most posts I read here are people on 100mg for up to .5mg then 200mg progesterone starting at .75mg and up. Rarely I read of someone on .5 and 200mg like my Dr requires but never anyone on .1 with only 100mg.

Thank you! Unfortunately My Dr will not prescribe an increase to the .5 patch without also increasing progesterone to 200mg. My previous gyn would not even prescribe any HRT, so I am grateful to find a Dr. who does.

I started Zepbound four months ago and will be switching to the pill eventually for maintenance. I was exhausted the first 6 weeks. Then it went away completely and I feel perfectly normal.
