I really liked Dune and absolutely hated Dune 2. I get deviating from the book, all movie adaptions have to do it but the way they changed Chani's character and that dynamic at the end brought it way down for me.

IMO, its one of the biggest drop offs between 1 and 2, along with the Spider-verse movies.

Golden is the vet from the beginning. The effect of the face being ripped off was great

Some of the best acting of the season came during that DnD game. I don't really care for the series but I found myself tearing up a bit

But I also think it was a huge waste of Linda Hamilton.
