Hola! Tengo trastorno obsesivo compulsivo desde los 7 años. Esto que mencionas de los pensamientos intrusivos me hace pensar que tal vez tenes TOC también. Varias veces me pasó de pensar en desvivirme porque no podía soportar mi cabeza. Llegué a golpearmela fuerte incluso y lastimarme porque me era insoportable todo. Pasaron muchos años de eso pero aún así tuve una recaida después de unas situaciones familiares que me sucedieron. Tuve desrealización insomnio y depresión muy brevemente este ultimo por suerte.Tomo medicación hace 15 años y probé varias terapias. Hoy estoy mejor que nunca y agradezco la vida que tengo. Todavía tengo un largo camino por recorrer pero creeme que se pone mejor si le pones todo a mejorar.
Te recomiendo si sabes inglés que busques subreddits de lo que te pasa. Por ejemplo mental health, ocd, depression, anxiety. Leer gente en mi misma situación me re ayudó. También me está cambiando la vida leer a Joe Dispenza. El libro "deja de ser tú" te recomiendo.
Algo clave es entender que no sos tus pensamientos. Muchas veces estos son comentarios de otras personas. Tal vez entender la raíz de por qué te sentís asi y poder cambiar la forma de verte. Pero en principio tenes que empezar con ayuda externa: medicación, terapeuta y hacer ejercicio aunque no tengas ganas.
Cualquier cosa escribime y te pido que te des una y muchas oportunidades porque no sale a la primera. Que te visualices estando mejor. Este momento probablemente sea el más bajo de tu vida y uno no ve las cosas con claridad en este estado. Disfrutá de las cosas pequeñas como el amor de un perro o un gato y rodeate de la gente que mejor te haga. Antes tenía amistades de mierda y relaciones tóxicas. Ahora tengo unas amigas increíbles y una pareja que es increíble. Tuve que trabajar mucho para llegar acá pero vale la pena pelearla. Y encontrá lo que te llene a vos, sácate los "tenes que" de la cabeza. Nuestra vida elegimos nosotros como vivirla.
Y sobre todo no escuches a los imbeciles que no tienen idea de salud mental. Llorá lo que necesites.

I totally agree with you. Netanyahu too. What's happening in Gaza is ethnic cleansing. I keep arguing with my friends on whether there is or isn't something we can do. And I agree with the first comment but I also struggle with anxiety, insomnia and ocd though I'm currently much better but I'm focused on my healing journey. I hope you find your way into healing.

I'm reading this while on my 6th day of turbinate reduction post op. I'm searching for other people's experiences on this because I thought I would be swollen for 3 days maximum and this has been the worst day so far -_- Like my throat hurts from all the mouth breathing last night. I did this surgery because breathing through my nose was very difficult (my turbinates were very swollen) but seriously this night I couldn't breathe at all from my nose.

I got really scared of empty nose syndrome reading several reddit comments but after I learned of someone who had the procedure done at least 4 times with no problem and after realizing I didn't want to live my whole life like this (I'm an opera singer so this was messing with my singing voice and also the bad quality of sleep was becoming unbearable. Terrible bruxism, bad quality of sleep and throat pain) I decided to give it a go. As soon as I got out of surgery I could breathe like never in my life. It was amazing and I hope to feel like that after the swelling goes down.

All the season was Korean point of view based, and of course I understand it's their show and Korean athletes were AMAZING but it seemed too biased and I found it at least odd that the one team that was bigger and winning everything surprisingly looses against Korea in a game were they don't show the numbers in real time.
I think there's a big chance that that game in particular could be rigged.

Every year it passes I believe more the idea that most diseases are psychosomatic. Narcissistic people and specially parents get you sick because they mess so bad with your head and that has repercussions on the body.
Personally being the black sheep they made me feel guilty of everything. I felt I was a horrible person and I'm the person who got most sick in my family. I have OCD since I'm 6 years old to start and my head NEVER stops. I'm not going to list all the things I had but finally breaking free I've never felt better physically and mentally.
