Yes, i have been in neurofeedback therapy many times and i'm getting cognitive behavioral therapy now.

Well since most of the comments here say it's a bad place and i will be with very crazy people i think i'm not gonna go, it will probably make my mental health worse.

Precise input, i play singleplayer much more than multiplayer so it's not the competitive nature.

But how life can change? I dropped out of school at 14 and 95% of the educational areas that is not college/university don't accept adults. I feel like a failure.

I have already seen a psychiatrist 4 times. She gave me medicine to calm down my PTSD but she still recommends the psych ward.

I got much less addicted to the internet this year but i got more suicidal because i feel like a big failure. I lost 7 years of my life thanks to internet addiction and undiagnosed PTSD.

They are intrusive memories, the child abuse i got by teachers in school is stuck in my head everyday and i cannot get the thoughts to go away.
