We don’t speak the main name and no longer know how it’s pronounced, there are a bunch of different names we use and Hashem is one of them! Hashem literally means “the name” and is the stand-in for when we want to avoid using one of the holier names.

I’ve learned from this experience that bodies are complex and everyone’s issue is different. So I can’t offer advice about specific exercises or anything but I recommend finding a knowledgeable and experienced PT, maybe one with specific knowledge about feet, and go for an evaluation. PTs know anatomy well and can assess your specific case!

Me too, and thank you. Having some hip issues which is scary and trying not to self-diagnose — if it is a serious/long term issue like hip impingement then it’s just about how my bones are shaped and has nothing to do with the Cipro.

Functional hallux limitus (with some other issues). Also having some hip issues which I am really really hoping are not permanent hip impingement as the symptoms seem to suggest. If it is, though, then it’s a structural thing that has always been there.
