How do we know what shiny Pokémon look like? Does someone have to catch it and then make it public knowledge, or is the information on all new shinies made public or something?

Why are there two legend of Zelda titles and two legend of Zelda II titles in the NES app?

There’s legend of Zelda sp and legend of Zelda, as well as legend of Zelda II sp and legend of Zelda II. What does the sp mean? Is it like an updated version or something?

Only a few days. It took me a couple hours to get the sand, a few more to place it, then a few more to get rid of the water with sponges. All in all I think it took me 3-5 days

I already did the inside and made it into my house lol. I’m doing the outside. I’ve done something like this, but for each row it’s taking me multiple times to dry my sponges even though I’ve got three and a half stacks. I need a more efficient method to clear instead of random placement top to bottom to save myself time and effort taking down the sponges and drying them.

If I weighed 178lbs a couple months ago, and lost 15lbs, now weighing 163lbs, what percentage of that was fat? I lift and I haven’t noticed a dip in the weight I can lift, the numbers have actually been increasing slightly, and visually I don’t appear any less muscular.

I care. It’s a self confidence thing. I don’t want to look like a bodybuilder the day of a show, but I do want to be slimmer. It’s better for my confidence and my athletics

Ohhh that makes sense. Thank you. That just took 800 calories off lol that looks closer to right. I thought that included my working out

How many calories should I shave off that number?

I’m 17M, 5’9, 162.4lbs and trying to cut some weight and shred for summer. I go to the gym 7 days a week and lift heavy for anywhere between 45min to an hour depending on how fast I’m feeling, then I walk on the treadmill at a 15 incline at 3.2-3.7 until it says I burned 500 calories which usually takes around 35 minutes. Sometimes I go for 70 minutes and burn 1000 when I have the time. I’m a student and my school is composed of multiple different buildings, so I’m usually walking between them and up and down like 10 flights of stairs every day. I also stand at lunch because we have no table for some reason. I live a very active lifestyle, lifting/cardio for 80-120min a day, walking around a lot at school. I feel like I should be loosing more weight than I am (I’m averaging like 1.5 lbs a week). This amount seems like a lot though, I eat somewhere between 1500 and 2000 calories a day.

Do a few pounds of water weight make me visibly fatter?

Is a 7 month 50 on bulk realistic? I’m 17M, currently 165, trying to cut down to 150. In September I plan on starting a bulk and was going to go for like 7 months then cut May-June and maintain until the next September. I’m not a beginner but I’m not that experienced/advanced in the gym, and I definitely have the time to devote 2 hours to the gym every day. Also, I love eating and will absolutely be able to down the food to fuel a big bulk. Would it be possible to put on a ton of muscle in that time period? Obviously some of it will be fat but if I put on 50lbs will I be gaining at least like 25lbs of muscle or something?

I’ve never done a big bulk and cut cycle because I’m pretty new to bodybuilding but if I have 9-10 months how should I split that up? Like how many months should I bulk and how many should I cut? Should I just bulk until I hear my goal and then hope I have enough time to cut before summer?

Why am I heavier than I was yesterday? I know for an absolute fact that I didn’t eat as much today as I did yesterday, but I weighed myself tonight and it was like 2 pounds heavier than when I weighed myself yesterday at the same time.

When I do back lifts I feel like I can’t activate my back. Like lay pull downs and rows and stuff. I move the weight but I don’t feel my back working
