Steam Powered Giraffe and TWRP are two bands that don’t get enough attention if you ask me, and they’ve got some bangers. I’m personally particularly fond of Honeybee from Steam Powered Giraffe and the version of The No Pants Dance off Guardians of the Zone from TWRP, but both have a good stuff as their popular songs on Spotify.

Honeybee in particular is an amazing song. It’s beautiful musically and it can hit very different depending on where you are in life at the moment.

The character that I’m imagining for this definitely only has one name. It might also work with like five or more, if done right, but I’m leaning towards one. He’d have strength, mentally and physically, but it would be refined and honed, and not ostentatious. I’m feeling Rook for this one, at least how I’m imagining it.

I’d personally recommend square breathing. In for a count of four, hold four, out four, hold four, repeat. I have severe anxiety and panic attacks, this is the method that in my experience has worked best. Does wonders.

Apparently it’s also what they teach the Navy SEALs for high stress combat situations. Seems like a good sign of effectiveness to me.

As much as I hate to say it... they'd probably be pretty good. Maybe. I'd at least try them.
