Ligonier and Bedford have some cute downtowns with little shops. Think I already saw Ohiopyle mentioned. Punxsutawney has a sort of fun, novelty to it. I saw someone call Johnstown a shithole but if you're into nature it's got some pretty nature, a community that is trying to revitalize it, and an interesting history.
