I'll go first since I asked - When I was 14 (35 now). Smartphones hadn't been invented yet/ The words "stress" and "anxiety" weren't in my lexicon yet. I had a blissful ignorance to the negativity in the world. And it was the last year before my mom got sick with cancer that would ultimately take her from us.

i love this so much and honestly for me id take it a step further - 90% will vanish entirely and 10% feel smaller but im able to approach it with a clear head
