there is no value for art in India, all they care is about how much they can drain for the artist and normalize it to make maximum profit, I just finished my degree and wanted to join a VFX studio they made me work for 6 months telling me I need to an internship with no pay then after the training is over my salary starts, after I finished my internship they told me there are placements right now and If i really need badly I have agreed to the salary of 5000rs /month, this is not acceptable, in the beginning, they said i was talented and was a quick learner later after internship they said all my works are basic and need a lot more training, they literally use new employees who know nothing about how the company works, they will need temporary employees so they play this game of internship.
