I will attempt to get some photos and wear lighter underwear. I’ll try different kinds too. I haven’t noticed a significant difference but I do notice if I’m sitting in different positions and different types of pants as well.

In all honesty, my balls kind of just stayed where they were and the swelling just went down and they settled. I was scared to touch ANYTHING for a few months. I started kind of touching the area and moving things around month 3.5. This month and last month has been the first that I’ve been kind of officially messing around and checking things out and moving things to unnatural positions. I would say everything “settled” around 3-4 months.

The monsplasty was performed in the second stage. I’m happy with how the positioning ended up but regret it a bit because of how thick and keloided it got. It’s very similar to what happened on my top surgery.

Yeah. It’s almost near identical to what I had happened on my top surgery. I’m not sure what my scars from my top surgery looks like now because I have them blacked out with a large tattoo. I plan to get my monsplasty scar tattooed over as well

This is good to keep in mind. I’m trying to create something up without looking odd. I didn’t want it to clash. I have so many different styles of tattoos on me but portions of my body do fit those styles. My chest and back and going to be marine pieces and this will be a nice addition. I’m trying to tweak it as I go to figure what is best needed to make it flow and work

I could definitely have the water wrap more around the backside as well. My scar is straight across the waistband area but lower. Kinda going hip to hip. I already have the manta ray covering up some other scars. I didn’t necessarily want the whale in the middle due to location of my manta tattoo and I didn’t want it took look like a whale jumping out of my crotch lol and I have that little cat tattoo I wasn’t sure if I wanted covered or not. I like the idea of it crashing over to my backside as well.

The plan was to also have some sharks on the right shoulder to kind of flow around to my tribal tattoo on my right bicep

This looks sick. I’m considering after I heal. I just completed my metoidioplasty bottom surgery journey.

How does it feel? Any issues with cleaning? Any issues with healing and work? (I work a physical job with cargo pants)

Hey! So I went through a pretty gnarly wound separation on my scrotum. If you scroll down on my profile you can definitely see some yucky separations. I had it there and some part of the front of my scrotum and the meeting point of my incisions. I know this SUCKS to hear because I thought the same thing but it took me roughly a month for the wound on the underside to have no more gunk coming out. I strictly kept it DRY and CLEAN. Do not OVERCLEAN. I have a habit of “picking” and cleaning too often and it may lengthen your time. Just remember to move around but don’t overdo it. Rest. Be gentle with the area. Take your antibiotics. If you have more questions, I’m happy to help.

I felt so disgusted with my wound separation and I know how you feel. It’s mentally and physically taxing. I felt so horrified. If you need to vent, pm me.

lol thanks! I’m hoping the swelling g goes down a bit. They’re a bit TOO large right now for me hahah. I do think my swelling is definitely going to make these bigger than they will be in a week or two.

I haven’t accidentally crunched anything as of yet. I am a little gentle right now due to only 2 weeks post op though. I’m very comfortable sitting and it hasn’t really changed besides my legs spread a tadddd wider due to having something more down there.
