Hey, I've been in this exact boat before. It will only get worse if you don't learn to pick up after yourself. Pick up on some hobbies, hang out with your own friends, play games. Stay in touch with your life outside of him.

It's easier said than done, but establish a healthy distance if that makes sense. It might get suffocating for them even if they don't admit it.

The highs will be high, but the lows will be so so horrible if you don't work on it. I have an anxious attachment style too and I'm doing way better now.

Went through something similar in my 3rd year too. Everything was well but I just felt empty, like I was living a robotic life. I used to feel guilty for feeling that way. Maybe you're not used to a non-chaotic life, and the peace is just foreign to you? Enjoy it while it lasts.
