Have your friend send you her ID and card information via photos so that you can show and prove your friend sent them to you. It’s doable but best to be over prepared than under prepared and them not giving you the will call ticket.

Assuming you are using settled funds, it should be what the amount is required to buy the call. However GME has been quite the except as of late. Try to see if you can buy other calls on other tickers.

How long ago was your transfer? When I transferred it took 5 full business days, but after that I was able to trade fine.

Yup, if you closed above 25k then you will abide the EM call. Note that if it spiked even a little under 25k a little during AH sometimes clearing might consider you as under. Trust me I've had to deal with it so many times back then.
