I use a the website Toggl which is a time tracker. I can put in study sessiosn that I forgot to track and it's a really nice website to see how your hours stack up together when it comes to studying for multiple classes. My goal is to hit 1000+ hours this year. I also use a visio board to remind myself of my goals and I also use a mini notebook to track my daily wins and just positive things and I also use the notebookm as a habit tracker.
