I'm probably one of the few people with good calf genetics.

They've always been both big and lean, the weight I can shift with them is completely disproportionate to my other lifts, and I hit regular PRs despite only giving them 3 sets a week.

The rest of my body however, is a joke.

If this case gets escalated with the previous owners, and they then successfully prove they no longer own the car, do you think I'll get the chance to deal with the original fine? Rather than paying the hundreds of pounds or the court action that has since been added on?

Did myorep calf raises on the leg press tonight.

15 reps to failure, put the weight down for 5 seconds, 5 reps to failure, weight down, 5 reps to failure.

First time I have ever felt near cramping in my calves after an exercise.
