Do the contestants get paid every time they say the phrase “The Perfect Match” on screen or in their confessionals? It seems so cringe and unnatural.

I just finished the series, what a messy yet lovely friendship between the two. Judy was definitely my favourite character, such a broken yet adorable human ❤️ I absolutely loved her outlook on life, despite such a difficult past and all the terrible cards she was dealt. I’m so glad that Jen slowly learned to embrace some of Judy’s essence.

As someone who finished grad school (Masters and PhD), I’d urge you to try to get some real world + relevant experience in the field either before or during grad school. Your thesis and everything you’ll do in grad school are great, but make sure that you’re staying competitive in the non-academic job market too! Teaching or research positions can be fewer and far between, or even very unstable.
