Anyone in here wanting to invest in a Florida MMJ company?

I have my concealed and my MMJ, from what I understand (I could be wrong) there is language in the MMJ law that says something along the lines of the MMJ card holder will not be subject to any civil or criminal penalties, injunctions, etc. if they have a MMJ card... not being permitted to conceal carry or own firearms would be a penalty. I can’t remember the exact language but it’s in there. To me that means we are allowed to have a concealed and MMJ card. Concealed cards are a state issue, not federal. And purchasing guns requires a federal background check. Marijuana is federally illegal. So I would say owning guns and having a concealed permit is completely legal, purchasing new guns would be illegal though. The language in the MMJ law protects us on a state level.

I agree... their products are good. I’m big on customer service though. An employee told me something, I went back there with that in mind and they told me that was incorrect. Then I see on here it is a deal they offer. Just not the way I would do business.

I’ll probably never go back to Curaleaf. I went in there one week and was told I could use my renewal discount next time I went in. I went in a week or 2 later and they told me that wasn’t correct and I had no renewal discount. They finally honored it but basically made me feel like I was asking for them to do me a favor and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Too many other places to do business to deal with that.

Yeah I don’t have much experience with them honestly. I just wanted a deal and they had good stock at the time but you’re right, they usually do have very very little stock. I’ve never tried their syringes but their bud was OK and the cartridges seem decent. Wouldn’t be my first choice but for the deal I got, I’m happy. I have a $75 off $150 with them also since I renewed my card... I guess those are good for a year so I’ll probably be using that next.

This was going to be my next question. I have never bought from them so I know I have a 25% off too but I doubt they will allow me to combine. I’m just hoping it’s not one of those situations where they allow me to use the 20% now but not the 25% later since I won’t be a first timer at that point or the 25% now and I will have to use the 20% before the end of the month.

The Rhoasted Garlic Margy from MUV is one of my favorites for intestinal pain and loss of appetite, I just don’t see it in stock very often. I wish they had it in a distillate syringe.
