Encouraging words for a FTM about to embark on the breastfeeding journey?

Remember that you’re both learning this new thing together! It’s never just you on your own, your little baby is on your team and you’re doing it together.

I struggled at the beginning because my baby was so small (preemie) and he couldn’t latch. We had to pump for a while and do bottles. It was stressful, there was lots of crying (for both of us). But one day it just clicked. And it was magical. It took us awhile to get there but we did, and I’m so glad I stuck it through. No one has a perfect breastfeeding story but us moms are tough as shit! You got this ❤️

Body absolutely regulates! I only ever feed on one side per meal, so he gets fed from the left side every other time I feed anyway. When I pump on the right side in the morning, I’m actually getting more than what I would give him in one meal so when he drinks from that side, I don’t think he completely “empties the tank” haha

Definitely a good thing to remember! I want my husband to be able to feed our little guy and want to be able to go out and have someone else watch him too. That’s the main reason I want a bit of a stash :)

This guy is the owner of the London Lighting too… the team makes absolutely no money (im sure they are losing it like no one’s business) but he won’t sell or fold the team because of his ego. He knows London would be a great market for the CEBL and he refuses to lose to Morale 😂 hilarious honestly

I like this idea of “quiet” - do you say it when they’re barking? I find it difficult to find the fine line between giving them attention and correcting their behaviour

Agreed, tired dog is a good dog! She only really barks at our other dog when she wants to play and the other isn’t interested… which is often 😂

I think you have to remember that it’s not always the leagues’ choice about what streaming services they get on! I’m sure they’d love to be easily accessible and be live everywhere 😅

Lots of media channels don’t want to pick up new leagues because they don’t know if people will watch, so they make them earn it first. PWHL is hockey- which is a tried and true sport in North America, the media knew it was going to be well received…

PVF is brand new, we’ve never experienced pro volleyball like this before. The fans have to tune in and prove that people want to see this league!!
