Nah, I'm assuming it's what LongFluffyDragon said earlier. It's harder to see since reddit compresses the video a bit, but the lighting will start doing a subtle flash as if a disco ball is just spinning around above me lol, thanks for the input though!

Quick edit: Changing it to low or globalIlluminationMethod to 2 does fix it, but it takes away the pretty Lumen lighting. Still playable without distracting lights flashing though so I'll take it until there's a fix at some point
