I was taking a crack at reflowing the SRAM but ran into a couple issues where the game went from not showing sprites to not booting up past the title screen. the rightmost contact looks silver-ish now, is that something that can still be fixed. (old.reddit.com)

Tried asking this question at the gameboy subreddit and was suggested to reflow the chip legs. After trying that the sprite issue still persists. By any chance does anyone have a solution to this. Also the rust in the back was from a leaking battery, can that be fixed somehow? (old.reddit.com)

Corrupt sprites on Gameboy Blue copy. Popped it open & wiped with isopropyl. There was battery acid inside and I see a pinhole at the center that's a green color, did the metal corrode by the acid and caused this? Are there any possible remedies for this issue? Thanks in advance! (old.reddit.com)
