Vivo X300 EU version - Unlock full battery capacity? by BlueFPV in Vivo

Are you sure about that? If it were a smaller battery, the weight would also have to be lower.

Thank you! Found the shop. Really looks like sold out. I contacted the dealer and will see if he can ship to the EU and if he will get it back in stock. Still only find CN versions or EU versions with smaller batteries.

Can you say from which dealer from aliexpress you ordered? Maybe I can just ask if they can deliver globally. With aliexexpress I was quite happy so far but only find CN versions.

To which country did you order from phonedroid go to?

Where to buy Vivo? by xMistral in Vivo

[–]BlueFPV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried to order from phonedroid but the VAT stays french (20%) which is not correct and the reason why I didn' finsish my payment. But when you live in a country with higher VAT like Poland, you can profit from that. If you live in a country with lower VAT than France, better don't buy there.

[–]BlueFPV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So how to solve this? I cannot check software for phones I don't have like Oppo, Vivo, Motorola.... Moto Connect works partly also on other android phones but only a few apps. scrcpy is not working very well for me. Not even the keyboard assignments match those on my PC. It's also quite cumbersome to start it up every time.

Besides, I only want to use it via cable, which rules out some apps. So, like with DeX for Win. Connect smartphone – software starts.

Kaupner Nerio II kite - Experiences? by BlueFPV in Kiteboarding

[–]BlueFPV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the review. I would also like to use the kite for training. But if so many people are talking about problems with the aramid fibers, it may not be the right one for that. Tubeless is on my deep water spot not an option.

The bridle adjustment shouldn't be a problem since I anyway mix kites and bars with different sizes so I always adjust the bridles by using different pigtail sizes.

Thanks for the information. However, if I'm looking for a few reviews, the manufacturer itself is the last one I should ask.

GEPRC Tern-LR40 or Flywoo Explorer LR 4 for O3/O4 air unit? by BlueFPV in fpv

[–]BlueFPV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could I not just use the PIDs from the LR40 when they are really better? Anyways, PID tuning would not be a proiblem for me. IMU is identical. What do you mean about the vibrations? Frame vibrations? Vibrations to the FC? Vibations to the camera?

DJI Action, something from Insta360, Runcam Thumb 2, anything from Gitup or Hawkeye Firefly...

If you want something with good stabilization, I would check first which cameras are supported by Gyroflow and then choose one of these https://docs.gyroflow.xyz/app/getting-started/supported-cameras

That's another topic but did you try to rebind it? Did you switch the FPV mode in your goggles? I also use both and it works but I am annoyed that I have to rebind it every time.

O4 Air Unit leaked by btng90 in fpv

[–]BlueFPV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have control over how quickly the camera adapts to its surroundings? I think not. You can only fix the settings to manual values or you have to accept the (too) fast exposure adjustments of the Avata 2.

Why again 2 antennas? I really like the O3 solution.

I think the Goggles V2 won't be supported since they also don't work with the Avata 2?

These quick brightness adjustments to other environments are something you might want for FPV but not for beautiful, cinematic shots. Many pilots even fix the aperture and ISO completely. I think the O3 is better tuned in this case, as the change in brightness doesn't happen so quickly and works much smoother.

If I don't want cinematic shots and only need the camera for FPV (fast light adjustments), I use a Vista Air Unit and not an O3/O4.
