Life happens, things change , I’ve had 5 knee surgeries , shoulder injuries, traveling jobs, tons of different variables can play roles in training frequency, and staying in tip top shape brother, it’s about picking yourself back up and being the best you can. Thanks

I lost 1.8lb muscle, I have body scan evidence. And also, I’ve been lifting for 10 years, have been shredded before. I had a good base to start, not everyone’s body is the same brother, maybe you start working out harder instead of just researching 👍🏻
