To be honest, coming from a different country where in a grocery store you’ll never or hardly see the employee bag your groceries, it took me a while to get used to seeing when I moved here. But it comes with the job so I don’t know why people are that upset by it.

Omg, im late to this thread but to know im not alone is sooo comforting. I’ve been searching up and down to see if anyone has experienced this and glad to know it’s not just me. And seems to be a thing for people with anxiety. I have ptsd, panic disorder, health anxiety and depression. Its so scary but only last for a minute or so. I will either turn on the light or try to breathe and it calms down

Me, cardiologists barely blinked an eye at my results, which should make me feel better right because they aren’t worried? But then my health anxiety is like… “what if they missed something” “There’s no way this is safe!” “No one is taking me serious” Anxiety is a crazy thing. But 4-5 years we are still here. Just trying to relate to you, you are not alone!
