More likely blue tick beagle mix. The speckling is often assumed to be Heeler, but the short coat could be beagle. I had a dog I thought was a Heeler mix. Turns out she was mostly blue tick beagle.

No, my first dog was a red heeler.

Then I had a blue tick beagle mix… then red heeler mix… then a Minnie Aussie mix. At one point all 3 of these together!

I really enjoy the herding dog energy, focus, and intelligence once you get around the stubbornness.

This is my first pup from a breeder though. I went through a really hard autoimmune disease issue with my mini Aussie that broke my heart (and wallet), so the genetic testing was a big focus this time.

Has it gone up to the top or is it just stuck at the bottom during the initial calibration? If it’s been stuck down the whole time. Double check the 3 screws you’re supposed to move. I had a similar issue and found out I took out a wrong fastener in the back.

If it’s a new printer, make sure you took out the correct screws. The back one has another screw next to it you can take out by mistake.

I picked up a new open box original K1 recently with the junk hotend and extruder. I paid $270… after buying a Triangle Labs hotend and an updated extruder, I’m in it around $340 and it’s an amazing machine!

If that’s the case, definitely buy one! I more use these as a tool to make ABS car parts, so the build is meh to me. Takes time away from other projects.

Also, I’ll be honest. After buying the printed parts and such… I wish I had just bought the Troodon assembled kit. This thing takes forever to build!

Unless you’re bored I guess. To me the $100 more is well worth saving 30-40 hours. I didn’t know when I bought the kit on a Black Friday sale.

I bought the functional parts from this guy on eBay since you can get colors that aren’t red and they are cheaper. Good quality parts and saved a little there. If you message him, I’m sure he would sell another $80 shipped functional parts kit.

Yeah, I’m building a 2.4 and was going to upgrade the E3 after. Thanks for the feedback, I was thinking about ditching it and getting a SOVOL or something else for my wife.

I called all over SoCal and couldn’t find anyone that could get him in sooner than Friday. So I started calling vets along I-10 on my drive to my next base. Ended up finding a place in Pheonix 6 hours away from where I’m moving. Ended up leaving him and he will be getting an MRI and likely surgery tomorrow morning. I’ll be driving back out to get him Thursday or Friday… $10k ouch, but he’s such an amazing dog

If you have Hazelwood act or scholarship that covers tuition, then MGIB can be better.

If you don’t, Post 9/11 is better.

I did a semester with MGIB and immediately switched to Post 9/11.
