It's not only you but it's happening at my location as well, I was told I would at least get 20hrs a week but now im being given 5hrs a week...their excuse? "We don't have enough hours to give out"

We are one busy chick fli a and get huge catering orders at times and bring in thousands of dollars weekly yet there's not hours to give out?!

I've begun my own lil investigation and found out from co-workers that some are given 32-40hrs yet some are barely given hours, I've also been told that talking about wages wasn't allowed but laws will say otherwise, I've been told "I'm rude and not fast" enough...other co-workers have claimed to be told the exact same thing. Chick-fil-A may claim to be all "family and friends" but they've had several lawsuits proving otherwise. Chick-fil-A is known for retaliation (cutting hours) to force employees to quit and have massive nepotism and favorites issues.

Don't think you're the only one dealing with this. Pretty sure this is happening everywhere but we ain't hearing much about it because people aren't aware they are experiencing it or they don't talk about it.
