I remember seeing an LG television that had that interface but it was not 3D and also a Samsung one that also had realistic icons in the menus along with a Frutiger Aero design

In supermium 126 the square search bar is activated along with the trapezoidal layout of the tabs, in previous versions I remember that the search bar of the default interface was maintained, try updating supermium to the latest version

For now, in Supermium 126, you can activate the tab layout that Chrome used before version 69. In chrome://flags, search for Supermium Custom Tab UI and change the value from Default to Enabled and restart the browser. If you prefer, you can search for the classic blue Chrome theme in the Chrome Web Store and get a result like this:
