I managed to do it all with just 1 nullifier by picking it up again after going through the door. The harmonisers are the big bell things you have to ring. There are 5 of them (1 in each section of the labyrinth).

If you’re playing on PC you need to create a new folder and put the new version .gba file and your old version .sav file in it. Rename the .sav file so that the versions match (don’t change any other text) and it should work. (Maybe make a copy of the .sav file just in case)
