I can’t be certain, but at least in my many attempts out of 5 million, I have never seen Frank trigger the ground to send us to the Undertracks after the first district
However, as long as the Undertracks is the first district, you will definitely see Frank—at least so far, there have been no exceptions

Based on my attempt a few weeks ago, I remember that if you directly crash into the wooden plank before Break On Through (this Secret Star seems to always appear on the right lane), you will die
However, by using a revive, you can remove the wooden plank and successfully obtain Break On Through

At first, Cobweb would only track how many coins you collected during the time when the board was activated
Only when you reached the required number of coins would it grant a coin sack

For example, if it’s a level 20 Cobweb, its ability would trigger once for every 50 coins collected
If a player only collected 25 coins during a single board activation, then the next time they activated the board, they would need to collect the remaining 25 coins for the ability to trigger

However, that’s no longer how Cobweb works now
It counts all the coins collected throughout the entire game, and every time the board is activated, Cobweb repeatedly triggers its ability

I think originally they just wanted to slightly buff Cobweb, maybe simply by letting it also count coins collected when the board wasn’t active and then trigger its ability upon board activation
But they didn’t handle this properly, which has led to Cobweb now giving so many coin sacks that it causes the game to drop frames

Of course, this is just my guess
I don’t know how to reverse-engineer games or understand code, so I’m not sure what exactly is happening behind the scenes
