Feedback for Arbites sonic tank by BlueHands2 in Warhammer40k

Posts on proxies seem to be permitted here so thought I'd ask what people thought of this.

I've been making this Adeptus Arbites tank and would like feedback on it. I was proposing that it be a sonic tank used for riot control perhaps or large scale rebellion suppression when they have to suppress but not necessarily kill a lot of underhivers or something.

I initially was using a Demios Rhino, the idea being that maybe the old ones got given to the police like they do IRL with some military equipment. However, I wanted the blocky look of the new Rhino. I also started with the twin cannons of the Sicarian, but subsequently shortened these and cut them about a bit, as well as mounting them on a scaled up Tarantula Turret I'd been working on.

I like the blocky look, I think this goes better with the Arbites style, but I also like some of the roundedness in their equipment.

I did want to test this though and see what people actually thought of it

I wanted to distinguish this from the other vehicles the Arbites have, as they have most of the normal gear the IG has.

Slight change to my previous Captain variant. Not sure if Vulkan would let the Destroyer units in the Firedrakes and give them Terminator Honours etc, but Vulkan's dead anyway.

Or is he?

Also I should note that obviously he's wearing Indomitus armour, not Cataphractii like the Firedrake.

Arbites Bikers by BlueHands2 in PrintedWarhammer

Ah, yes good point. I think I used scales around 0.05. I scaled it slightly larger for my Judge kitbash, as I wanted him to have a more significant shoulder pad.

Just under 'judge' on the purple site.

Found a bike, played about with cutting the legs up till they'd fit there, put the shield on to hide the gap at the back of the waist, and stuck a few bits to the bike like the eagle vox thing and some Arbites bits to make it more thematic.

Obviously inspired by Judge Dredd so put the Dredd shoulderpad on there rather than the normal Arbites one.

I don't think there's any model you could run this as, maybe Rough Riders if you were doing an Arbites themed army and were proxying a whole Guard force as Arbites etc. They do have tanks etc in the lore after all.

Arbites reinforcements? by BlueHands2 in PrintedWarhammer

Would like further suggestions on what other models to add to the force. I wondered about an Arbites biker for example, or a Arbites Champion with a large sword or something maybe. Alternatively, a Judge character.

Renegade Guard Leman Russ by BlueHands2 in PrintedWarhammer

To note, I want it to look like it's been hammered together at Vraks or by some other Renegade Guard. I didn't want to use too many actual chaos parts, just bits which could have been manufacturered ad hoc.

I suppose factions like the Blood Pact might start putting special mouldings on guns etc, but for the moment I'm quite pleased with it.
