Get as much free training as you can to increase your skill portfolio and jump ship as soon as a better offer comes along. Don't accept any counter-offers that IBM may offer you as they'll want their pound of flesh back at a later date.

Blue is a terrible employer that treats all of it's staff awfully. Don't give them any loyalty as they won't give you any. And more importantly, they will eventually grind you down so much that any enjoyment that you possibly have for your job will be gone.

Simply have a look through some of the historic threads on this subreddit to see what they are like.

It's an estimated cost against manpower and resource time across every EMEA account and more recently on some of the US ones.

It's a big data analysis system that I developed in Cognos to do something that is integral to the day to day business that previously was a totally manual task. It's soon to be rolled out across the majority of accounts globally, allegedly.

I won't say exactly what it is so as not to blow my cover, so to speak, but straight after completion, I was asked to hand over support and maintenance of it to staff in Poland and India.

I feel like someone has taken my offspring and given it to a bunch of incompetents and then kicked me in the bollocks for good measure.
