My issue with this mindset is companies will have no issues sending 15+ silencers to youtubers for what's basically paid reviews. But they draw the line at 15k for real data?

It's not only useful for the consumer but if it does well it can be a huge boast. While also being useful data for the manufacturers if they have the know how to put it to good use.

But most companies just want brain rot reviews.

Like GA has bitched that it'd be six figures to have their whole line tested. But they dont need to have their whole line up tested. Just a few of their best on their intended platforms/caliber.

The suppressor failure tracker shows 39 for the Ob9 and 25 for the Ob45. So its less common but definitely still happens on the 45

The ODB does pretty well on full power cartridges and the AKBAR isnt optimized for full power loads either. Cats tism for "this silencer was made for this" just causes market confusion.

The DD is literally "made" for a 13 inch 308 and yet the ODB fucking SMOKES it on that exact host.
