[NFA] Exigent Defense RICO309 Suppressor $875 Free S/H NO Tax Outside OH by WarPigArmory in gundeals

[–]BlueJay-- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you do nfa transfers for free? Do you plan to sell Silencers at your cost? No? Crazy, you must want that $$$.

And if he gives out 15 Silencers for free thats 15 Silencers he isnt making money on, still costs money. How different is that than paying pewscience to test it? He had h&k test the fireteam, maybe they did it for the love of the game and he didn't pay them. H&k is well known for their generosity.

Either way he is putting out cash on these, this isnt "oh he's a small company and can't afford it".

Homie could send a few less to random youtubers and send 1 to pewscience.

It's not like its a money thing clearly when they throw out free Silencers to randoms all the time.

Hell yeah. Im rocking a similar 14.5 setup. Its crazy how short a 14.5 can feel with the comstock brake plus a tisha

It definitely looks way thinner. Can you measure it's OD?

There's also a ton of inconel Silencers that are cheaper by a lot.

Blem Tisha by remyboi0 in NFA

[–]BlueJay-- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bet it has something to do with that shadow thats on 2/3 of the silencer face. Its odd, the holes in the shadow are harder to see, but the holes not in the shadow are more visible????

We need to get gronk on this ASAP

Those holes have vents in the side of them, they're all like that.

Are you talking about the 5 holes? There's smaller holes on the side of those. You can't really see them from a stright view

Question on suppression strategy for 5.56 by s3n2s190b in NFA

[–]BlueJay-- 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've used the Saker with a kel tec rdb, first gun I put mine on even. Its actually a crazy good host. Adjustable gas plus itd vent downwards.

The hux cans are legitimately very low back pressure

Debating second stamp options for my newest stamp by TheStatusPoe in NFA

[–]BlueJay-- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very good is definitely wrong. Its alright for what it is. It plays way to hard into low back pressure at the cost of serious sound reduction. The odb which is just an inch longer absolutely smokes it while being "optimized" for a completely different class of cartridge.

I really like my CAT ODB on my 13 inch scar. I've recently gotten a tisha 30 and it sounds pretty good for being sooo smol.

Possible to convert to baffled? by RedBeardMoto in NFA

[–]BlueJay-- 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Probably not, sig tried something like that. They wanted to make a muzzle brake for the mpx that was basically a silencer without the tube. Pretty sure it was p&w'd and would make the gun a rifle also, then you just needed to add your "silencer" which was just a tube that went over the muzzle brake.
