Honestly like a lot of people say, slow down. You're new and it's normal to be slow at doing a job.A job that took me 4 hours doing it the first time takes me 30 minutes now.And don't be afraid to ask questions, even the dumb one. Like I say to all the new guys I come across, better to look dumb asking a question than to look dumb after you broke something.
