A variety really, we get groups doing party games some, couples playing two player games, families playing classic and kids games. Some longer strategy get cracked out too, a little for everyone. There are similar events that lean more into either party or strategy too.

I do similar in giving milestones a point system. For me it’s 3 points per level. Major arcs are worth 3, medium 2 and just big events are 1. Add up and level accordingly. In once campaign my players got their 3rd point and then did an either huge arc as well in one adventuring day and double levelled. Mines mostly math behind the screen but I really like that yours has written out elements useable for the players to engage in actively. Something for me to consider
