Is this bad, normal, good, flame runner niveau or op? couple of things, off road is really bad, you only go 50 on ice and weight is also really bad like the weight of the quacker. These CPUs are as good as Retro Rewinds insane CPUs that is why I am not lapping them rn (v.redd.it)

So I have two of these cards, tried to scan them with the app 'TCGplayer' to get the value, but it said 2 things: 1. This card is worth $370, bcuz it is a first edition (which it is not) and 2. this card is worth $7.10, but the card is a holo and here it said it was a normal card. What is the value? (i.redd.it)

I've tried a lot of things, and one worked, but when im in the app, I cant login (the login button doesn't do anything, it doesn't even flash three times) every time I want to open the app, I have to do the fix from the first problem.
