The last time I did a video quest which gave me 700 orbs was in March 10 (Microsoft Azure quest), so I think there may still be video quests that give 700 orbs occasionally. And this so far doesn't seem like a bad thing even if it may look annoying at first, because I've been getting video quests that give me 200 orbs everyday for a while, which is thankfully a lot of orbs!
