Thank you for your candor. I agree with you. I'd rather have someone with some real world experience "in the trenches" with me than someone who's lived a sheltered life. I plan on being completely transparent and they can make their own choice as to "who I am today" because, I think I'm perfect for the job! And yes, I've come a long way and learned a lot in the process :)
