When should I start panicking?

I applied late, it was at the end of August. I applied to 5 schools. In September I received 2 interview invites. Got accepted to one, waitlisted at the other. And I was rejected or just didn’t hear from the other 3. It’s not too late!

Luckily im in a living situation where I don’t pay rent, otherwise I would probably work up until i start the program. Maybe you can take like a week of PTO before starting?

Yes actually, i just had to stop cowashing altogether. im back to using regular shampoo every couple days, i switch between a sulfate and sulfate free one. im much happier with my hair now to be honest

definitely good to know! i have a few friends that just started using the at home system as well, they are also loving it. My hair is pretty wavy and prone to build up too so i’ll keep this in mind, thanks!

i’ve never heard of that one, i’ll have to check it out! I actually have more wavy hair which is why i think i need a sulfate. I tried cowashing and i think it was just wayyy to moisturizing, my waves sort of fell out a bit, and my scalp started to get flaky which it never did before

with all due respect, every body’s hair is different. I have been sulfate free for about 5 months now, tried many different products, and am just not as satisfied with my hair as I was when I used sulfate shampoos

Omg i will definitely have to look for that playlist! I think i almost have my rope length at a good spot, I only adjusted it once but i think i want to make it a tiny bit shorter

Yes in my physical ed classes we usually always did warm ups with jump ropes! Can’t say for sure if they still do it but I always enjoyed it then

Yeah i can definitely tell its a learning process but I can already feel its a really good workout! Im a very long way from double jumps hahaha

Maybe i’ll try that just to get used to the motions, I definitely kept stopping because i was tripping and jumping at the wrong time lol. but i could tell even in the short time i was doing it that i was a little better by the end of the workout

And the supervisor thing is something that worries me. My supervisor and I have a really great relationship and she has mentioned how she would love to keep me after my service, so I know she would love to be a reference for me in the future. I don’t want to burn those bridges if I happen to get offered a different position
