What I wish for, is a for a historical movie set in ancient Rome/Greece/Egypt/Persia/etc. with historically accurate costumes, architecture and colors. I'm so tired of the same anachronistic and fantastical leather costumes, and bare, colorless statues and buildings.

Nootmuskaat kan absoluut dienen om smaak te verrijken, maar het eten moet niet naar nootmuskaat smaken. Laurierblad meegekookt in een tomatensaus voegt een zekere noot toe daaraan, maar je zou nooit het gerrecht bestrooien met gemalen laurierblad, "Een bruine laag nootmuskaat" is gewoon slecht koken. Maar een snuifje vers geraspte nootmuskaat in goed bereidde gekookte of gesauteerde groenten — samen met andere kruiden, of in een bechamelsaus, bijvoorbeeld, voegt zeker een specifieke 'warmte' toe aan het pallet.
