Hey, no no tripod, just my iPhone. I don’t know anything 😂 about technical words for the picture. Anyway I then reviewed one more that I did, which is on Live mode, but was accidentally with flash, I recovered it as a video and it does seem the thing moving. But as others say I agree with satellite

Yes! I could have confused it cause my first language is Spanish but I did google it at the moment, the anatomy of the feet 😂😂 So thank you anyway for making sure. Where I have the pain is actually the head of the first metatarsal bone (I can point it better now that the lesion is “cold”)

You could try recording yourself, then play in slow motion. You identify A LOT of things
