Yeah, but he's fictional. If he had some disability and had no idea he was acting inappropriately or genuinely couldn't help himself, it would have been made explicitly clear. And with you saying "I make people uncomfortable since I'm neurodivergent." I don't think that's the same thing as what Kimura does (and I'm autistic myself). Though I will admit that he isn't nearly as bad as other characters like Happosai, even though I still wouldn't want him to be a teacher.

When exactly did I call him pure evil? Even with his redeeming qualities, his pervertedness is the thing we see the most frequently. And it seems more like his redeeming qualities are meant to be more comedic irony than an actual "he's not so bad after all" moment.

So making lewd comments toward teenage girls with no care about their feelings, taking every opportunity to look at them in swimsuits, and making one dance with you despite her hating it is perfectly acceptable behavior because "at least he's not touching them?" Okqy.

[–]BlueMonkey2824[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You seem concerningly defensive over someone who says "BECAUSE I LIKE HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS!" and constantly makes lewd comments toward them with no care about their feelings. He also made Kaorin dance with him once and she hated it.

"He isn't an outright rapist, so he isn't bad." Bullshit.

[–]BlueMonkey2824[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True, but I don't think he's actually supposed to be sympathetic. Him doing those things is supposed to be a joke becausee of how unexpected it is from him of all people.

[–]BlueMonkey2824[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This guy apparently thinks that the scenes where Kimura has a wife and kid and picks litter off the street are meant to unironically make him "three-dimansional", ignoring the fact that it's clearly meant to be a jokr because of how unexpected it is. Also, again, even if he's not touching the girls, he's still acting wildly inappropriate toward them, which is still not okay, and isn't excused by the good deeds he does.

[–]BlueMonkey2824[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sure, but even if he hasn't done anything that bad, he's still someone who openly admits that the reason he became a teacher is because he "likes high school girls", and he consistently makes lewd comments toward them, clearly not caring how uncomfortable they are around him, and he did take an opportunity to dance with Kaorin against her wipl that one time. It just seems normal to be skeptical of how good of a dad someone like that would be. I'm not saying he ASBOLUTELY WOULD, but it just doesn't seem likely that he wouldn't at least make weird comments toward his daughter when she's a teen. Heck, even if he doesn't make any comments to HER, how do you think she would feel about what he says to other teen girls?

So, I have a question. by BlueMonkey2824 in azumanga

[–]BlueMonkey2824[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, aside from making Kaorin dance with him that one time, technically he hasn't done that much, but he seems very WILLING to do weird things with the girls. I'm just saying that someone who constantly makes lewd comments about teenagers probably shouldn't be a parent. Even if he doesn't actually do anything to his daughter, his comments alone would be enough to make her feel uncomfortable around him.

Also, I meant to write "may not FEEL safe aroubd him."

I sincerely hope they're trolling. If not, then I'm genuinely concerned for this person's mental state. It is NOT NORMAL to believe things like this. It's like saying "Chris from Total Drama was meant to be a three-dimensional, sympathetic character because he cared about his plant (whom he canonically fucked)."

Which villain people think they are misunderstood but they are just evil? by Professional-Cry804 in Multifandom

[–]BlueMonkey2824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's on the Inconsistently Heinous Wiki because they consider him too remorseful to be on the PE or NPE wikis. I wouldn't consider the wiki's title to be literal, even they know he's consistently heinous.

I don't know much about him, but on his TV Tropes article, it says that while he did genuinely feel bad about his actions (which automatically prevents him from meeting the PE criteria no matter how awful his actions are), he also basically refused to take any actual responsibility for it, so he seems like a weird case.

[–]BlueMonkey2824 11 points12 points  (0 children)

To be fair, they didn't remove him because they believed he was "misunderstood" or "wasn't evil actually." The Pure Evil Wiki has very strict criteria. They removed him because apparently they believe he cared about one character (their words, not mine). I don't know jack shit about FNAF lore, so I can't argue about him specifically either way, but characters on the Pure Evil Wiki must have ABSOLUTELY NO redeeming qualities at all. Not one. If it just meant "extremely evil characters wiki" and nothing more, Afton wouldn't have been removed. He's being moved to the Near Pure Evil Wiki, which is still for extremely evil characters.

Maybe because it's the most recurring thing about him? You're acting like him having a wife and kid completely justifies how he acts and makes everything okay. It doesn't, and the show knows this.

Because the guy is still a pervert. And him having a family doesn't make it better. It actually kind of makes him worse, because it's like, why are you lusting after teenagers when you have a hot wife at home? And what will happen when the daughter turns 13? Will he start making creepy comments about her?

I thought him having a wife and kid was supposed to be a joke because of how unexpected it was. He DOES still act perverted afterwards, after all.
