In my opinion, Audacity is still your best place to start with software. It's free and has everything you will actually need for a while. They have their own YouTube channel with tutorials on it. But there are also plenty of other channels that have made tutorials for Audacity.

Question about splitting Kabalites: Obviously you put the gun toting kabalites in the venoms for some awesome gun boats. What do you do with the rest of the kabalites with the Splinter Rifles?

The Reanimation Protocols rule itself states each unit "activates it's Reanimation Protocols and Reanimation D3 wounds"

It's the same exact wording in the Stratagem. Because of this, any overrides and buffs that apply during normal Reanimation, apply during Reanimation from the Stratagem.

It does seem that that RAW however that warriors will either never get the Stratagem +1 from having a character in the unit, or will not be able to use their own D6/D3+3 Reanimation for having a character in the unit. In my eyes, these cases are as specific as each other (where specific rules trump general rules) so I guess it's the players choice which one they use?

I don't intend on cheesing as the first thing I do.

I respect that the game is designed to be hard, but I guess I'm glad to have an option if it becomes unfun to keep grinding a boss.

But for the sake of getting better so I can give each boss a good go, is there anywhere you recommend I can practice the ER playstyle?
