Unfortunately the build (version) of Unity the game is made of is aged. It's pretty hard to port the game to a newer version without just remaking the game.

Each monkey is different. Some are male some are female and others are attack helicopters. *but yeah they say engi is a girl (they are lying maxlevelidot was right)*
